By ordering from Golden Cabin, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Delivery policy

  • Check your Order Confirmation E-mail properly: It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the details provided are correct (i.e. address and valid Australian contact number.) If details provided are incorrect or insufficient, a redelivery fee will be charged.
  • Delivery Windows are guidelines only. Due to unforeseen circumstances (such as, but not limited to traffic, weather, parking, having to wait for other customers), we may be delayed and will not be liable for those delays.
  • Golden Cabin takes no responsibility for the goods left at unattended premises after delivery.

 *If you are not going be at the premises for collection of the delivery please mention it on the delivery instructions space which you will get during the payment process (e.g: leave at the door nobody will be home) also please make sure to leave an esky or cooling box outside and mention specific spot to leave. But we strongly recommend someone to be at the place for collection as during the summer months cakes and cupcakes may need to be refrigerated straight away or in to a room with an A/C.

    • Golden Cabins/ Delivery drivers reserve the right to decide whether it is suitable to leave the goods unattended. We may deem it unsuitable to leave the goods at the location due to a variety of circumstances i.e. exposure to weather, direct sunlight, ants etc.
    • When the intended recipient is not available to receive the delivery of the goods on the selected date and time (between 7am to 2pm on delivery date) and the driver decided it is not suitable to leave at the door,then the order may be taken back to our store and another delivery time can be booked. (All attempts will be made to redeliver on the same date but when this is not possible your product will be delivered the following day).
    • If it's not suitable to leave outside you will be called once, then a voice or text message will be left.(Drivers are limited to wait five minutes before their next stop).
    • Redelivery may incur an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.
    • Customers will be liable to forfeit the full amount of their order, and/or pay additional redelivery fees if the order is marked as undeliverable.

    Please be mindful: We are not able to enter medical institutions, age care facilities, schools, apartments or hotel quarantine sites. We ask that you come down and meet the delivery driver in the lobby or allow us to leave it at reception. In addition, it would be greatly appreciated if you provide us with as much extra information in the delivery instructions field to assist our delivery drivers
