Refund Policy (if applicable)

  • All our cupcakes, cakes and cake pops are baked fresh to order and we do not accept returns.
  • If you're in any way unsatisfied with your order, please send an e-mail with an accompanying clear photo of the product to info@goldencabin.com.au within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Golden Cabin will not be held responsible for any complaints made after this time.
  • Please be mindful that our cupcakes and cakes are fragile and must be handled with care (we will provide cake care card and also please read more information under FAQ and Terms of Services). We have guided all our team members’/delivery drivers to ensure that when driving to destinations and handed to customers, the condition of the cakes once in the customer's hands are the responsibility of the customer and we do not take any liability for any damage happens to cakes due to poor handled by the customer once the cake is in customer's hand.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cupcake orders cannot be cancelled within one business day of scheduled delivery.
  • Cake orders cannot be cancelled within two business days of scheduled delivery.
  • Custom cake orders cannot be cancelled within three business days of collection or delivery.

If an order is requested to be cancelled within the above mentioned windows, we are happy to offer a full credit note to use within 12 months . If not, will be charged for in full.
